Need not be present to win. This prize valued at $700.

Lucia Restaurant & Bar Certificate dinner for 2 at $120
Visa card at $100 for your shopping pleasure
Tickets are 1 for $10, 3 for $25 or 7 for $50

This raffle is conducted according to the rules of California.
"Entrants purchase a ticket which is placed into a receptacal and blindly drawn at random."
If a ticket is drawn and no one present claims the prize, winner is notified.
If they do not respond, then another ticket can be drawn after notifying event winner
and would be announced in CVWC communications.
