The S.I.R.E.N. Project" helps First Responders deal with mental health issues through the use of mindfulness practices and entheogenic therapies. We have found that true healing must also include proper nutrition to help the body heal from years of chronic stress, sleep deprivation and exposure to carcinogens and endocrine disruptors. These modalities have many benefits for everyone, not just First Responders. Deb will share the story of Healing Partners of the Central Coast and how our volunteer Providers support cancer patients through Healing Touch. We'll have some fun exploring your own energy system and learn how heart-centered focus and intention can support healing. This is a FREE event but seating is limited to 20 - so register today.
